There are three bedrooms, one double and one twin, as well as a bathroom and a wet room which can also be accessed from the garage, meaning it's perfect for hosing yourself down after a day on the beach. To the front of the property there are sea views from the lawn, whilst to the rear is is an enclosed, lawned garden with furniture and BBQ, there's also lockable bike and kayak storage available in the garage and off road parking for three cars. Tinker's Patch Roads sits in a fantastic location for touring stunning Anglesey, with the coast just a few moments away.

Oil central heating with woodburner. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, Smart TV with Freeview, Blu-ray, WiFi. Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburner inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot, highchair and stairgate. Off road parking for 3 cars. Lockable garage for bike and kayak storage. Front lawned garden and rear enclosed lawned garden with patio, furniture and BBQ. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 6 mins walk. Beach 5 mins walk. Note: Garden is tiered with 4 stone steps, care should be taken and children to be supervised. |
